Monica Grigorova is the General Manager of Entract 127 - the newest premium serviced office & coworking space in Sofia.
Previously, she was Director Property Management for Everty Group and responsible for the strategic development of the company’s assets, as well as tenant relations, property budget planning and implementation, capital improvement projects and adopting best market practices in property management.
Monica was the Center Manager of Park Center Sofia for six years as part of Revetas Capital Real Estate Portfolio. She was instrumental in managing the center’s repositioning, establishing the shopping center as one of Sofia’s preferred locations for leisure and shopping. Monica also has extensive experience in the real estate, banking and financial sectors, heading the ‘Asset Management’ division of CiBank, part of KBC Group.
Monica is fluent in English and proficient in Spanish. She has an MBA in Financial Management from the City University of Seattle and a Bachelor's degree in International Finance and Trade from the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom.
